When you've spent years showing up for someone else, it can be hard to know how to show up for yourself again. Coaching is a space to slow down, take stock, and figure out what your next chapter looks like.
Working with a coach may be invaluable for people who are navigating life after or alongside a significant caregiving chapter. You might be:
- Re-entering work: Stepping back into a career after time away or contemplating an entirely new career.
- Redefining identity: Your role as a caregiver has shifted or ended, and you're figuring out who you are outside of it.
- Looking ahead: You're still caregiving, but starting to think about what life will look like on the other side.
- Carrying it all: Balancing caregiving with work, family, and your own wellbeing while thinking through what has to give.
